the virtual assistant receptionist was so creepy, I almost thought I was in a horror film, and the towels weren’t even in my room! I woudl ve been okay with it but a simple upgrade woudl have been nice. watched over by surveillance cameras? should have received way better service for the price I paid.

But I tell you, the walls are so thin, it felt like I was sharing a room with the neighbor's dog! And the tech was more stressful than helpful—waiting for a check-in code is not my idea of fun.

Parking was convenient, and the staff were notably kind and responsive, making us feel appreciated throughout our stay.

The room was super clean and cozy, with comfy beds and fluffy towels that made settling in a joy. I really enjoyed having access to a common kitchen where I could whip up snacks. There were nice spots to relax and unwind, like the leisure room and outdoor BBQ area. Only thing was that the Wi-Fi wasn’t super reliable, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience! 😊

The shared kitchen was awesome, and the room had a microwave and fridge, which made it easy to chill and enjoy snacks after skiing. Felt super clean and cozy too!
